Mercer Island Quilt Display
Block Party Quilters has accepted an invitation from the Mercer Island Visual Arts League to display quilts as an art exhibit at the Mercer Island Community and Event Center. It's time to register your quilts if you plan to participate!

Registration is OPEN Sunday, February 22 - Saturday, February 28.

Quilt drop off will be April 15-20, and quilt pickup will be June 22-24.

​Information you will need to provide:
1. Your name and email address
2. Quilt name
3. Design credit
4. Techniques used
5. Quilted by
6. Quilt value (required for insurance purposes)
7. Drop off location (three choices)
8. Accurate height and length of quilt
9. Quilt photo
10. A signature agreeing to Hold Harmless clause

Quilts do not have to be new or recently completed. You can submit a favorite from years past! All quilts will require a quilt sleeve for hanging. Quilts must be a minimum of 16" in width (no smaller) and must not exceed 72" in width (no larger). Quilts must also be no longer than 80" in length. No double-sided quilts can be shown.

Quilts will be displayed from April 27, 2926 thru June 19, 2026 in the spacious open lobby on the main floor.

This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the multiple talents of our members and to recruit new members to the guild. The size and number of quilts will be limited; it's not nearly the same space as our quilt show. The committee will be tasked with some curation to ensure a broad range of methods, styles, and sizes suitable for the limited space. Please know that we do not anticipate being able to accommodate all potential entries.
