BPQ QS Vendor Information

Hello!

Registration is open to all vendors beginning April 10, 2024.

Block Party Quilters (BPQ) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of quilting and other fiber arts through education and community. Every year, we invite the community to attend our Quilt Show.  This year the show will be returning to our previous venue of Issaquah Community Center-ICC.

Our 2024 Quilt Show, Friday-Sunday, October 11-13, will be our 36th Annual Quilt Show. Vendor and show set up day is Thursday, October 10. Our theme this year is “2024: Branching Out” and our Featured Artist will be Block Party Quilter’s own Carolyn Major. We’d love to have you join us for this milestone year! We know quilters are looking forward to getting to attend a quilt show to see all the quilts and shop with the vendors.

On April 10, 2024 new vendors may apply for a booth. You will find a link to the 2024 Vendor Agreement and Application located at the top of this page, which contains details for all the booth sizes and costs. There is also a link to a map of the layout of the Issaquah Community Center.  ICC is at the south end of historic Issaquah about a mile south of I-90 near Front Street at 301 Rainier Blvd S, Issaquah, WA 98027. We are happy to adjust booth sizes to accommodate our vendors, until the Vendor Mall is full, so return your Reservation Form (with payment in full) as soon as you can.

We will also continue to award Door Prizes to our attendees. We are hoping you will participate.

We will be publicizing our Show – and our Vendor Mall – in several ways: through the usual posters, fliers and bookmarks that are distributed to area quilt and craft stores, and through an article and ad in The Country Register. Once we get closer to Showtime, we plan to feature one of our Vendors each week on our BPQ Facebook page, which reaches hundreds of potential customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Block Party Quilters Club highly values its relationship with its merchants and appreciates your participation. We enjoy having a variety of merchants at our show and know that our attendees will be spreading some holiday discretionary funds among our vendors. We hope you will be able to join us for a productive weekend!
