Retreat Registration

Registration for the Fall 2024 retreat opens July 1st.
Payment:

A $25 down payment will hold a spot with payment in full due one month before the retreat occurs or at a date to be set by the board. Single rooms are available. Rooms are filled on a first come first served basis with full payment registrations placed in queue before down payments. Those retreaters who register with a roommate must have one of the roommates paying the full retreat price in order to reserve a shared room.

There is a $40 surcharge for non-BPQ members for each retreat; day-only participation in retreats is available but only for BPQ members in good standing and only when additional spaces are available.

Payment deadlines for each retreat are in response to our signed Seabeck contract. Once we have met our contractual obligations and if we have additional rooms available, late sign ups and days-only participation can be accommodated but may be at a slightly increased rate.
