BPQ Workshop Registration
Registration for all workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis with payment in full required to reserve your space. Members are given the first opportunity to register, starting 4 months before each class. Non-members may then sign up 2 months before each class if space is available.
How to Register for a BPQ Zoom Workshop
Send your payment with a note indicating which class you are registering for to the Programs Chair. Please use the address listed in the newsletter or on the members' only page as it is a different address than the public BPQ mailbox.
Please make the checks out to "Block Party Quilters".
Once registered you will receive an e-mail with further instructions regarding class format, signing in to Zoom and any other necessary information from the BPQ Programs Chair.
Registrations as always will be space available, first come, first served.
How to Register for a BPQ Workshop
Registration for each workshop opens 4 months before the class, at the BPQ General Meeting. For 'first dibs', you must be present to sign up during the general meeting. If you can't be present or decide later you want to sign up, additional options are available, pending space in each class! For instance, to sign up for our May 2021 workshops, registrations will be taken in the following order:

Be present in person to hand payment to the Programs chair, at BPQ's January General Meeting.

OR, if you can't be present, have another member hand in your May class registration at the close of the January general meeting.

OR, anytime after the January general meeting, mail in your May class registration.

OR, anytime after the January general meeting, hand payment for May classes to the Programs chair, at a later BPQ meeting.
When registration is open to members only, you must have paid your BPQ membership for the year.
Please also note that by signing up as a member, you are committing to work at least 2 shifts at our annual November quilt show.
Payment is accepted by check or cash. Make checks out to “Block Party Quilters” for the class fee only (do not include any instructor lab fees or kits in your BPQ check). Please don’t combine checks in case one of the classes you want is already full. If you need to use online bill payment, please contact the Programs chair for different instructions as your check may not be received if sent to the below UPS store address.
If you cannot register in person at a BPQ meeting, you can register by mail for an open workshop AFTER registration has opened for the class:
Include the following information with your payment:

Your name.

The class(es) for which you are registering (class date and instructor).

Your email address.

If there are multiple workshops offered with the same instructor, indicate 1st choice and if 2nd or 3rd choice is also acceptable.
You will be notified by email typically within 1 week of your received registration request; notification will include for which class you are registered or your wait list status. If all classes are full, you will automatically be put on a wait list.
