Want to send a unique birthday card? Or, tired of sending the same boring hostess thank you’s after a special dinner party? (or think you should, but haven’t done it in years?!). Celebrate special events with postcards!

In this 1-day class, you will easily make a charming fabric postcard you can send through the mail (or keep yourself cause it’s so cute!). Step by step instructions in class with lots of options described make it easy to make your first postcard. Once you’ve done this one, you’ve got the basics down and can do your own future postcard topics. Maybe even start a postcard trade group!

You’ll have a choice of a cupcake birthday card or a zany chicken as the chef for a hostess thank you. You bring your sewing machine (with ziz zag capability please) and standard sewing items; a comprehensive ‘materials bar’ and kit purchased in class provides the postcard specific and novelty fabrics needed to create your first celebration postcard.·
