Important: Registration is limited to 1 Cynthia England class/student. Please specify 1st choice class, either class, or only this class with your registration.
A two-part class where you will learn how to piece a small landscape as well as get a feel for how to designyour own project using the Picture Piecing technique. For the sewing portion, students will work from a small landscape. Irons required.
There is no tracing or template making in any of the sewing classes. The projects are machine sewn. Please do not do any prep work prior to class. The technique is much easier than it looks. If you can sew a straight line you can do this.
For the sewing/piecing part of class, students will work from the “Whale Watching” pattern with quilt top fabric provided.
Domestic machine (yours or borrow from ISV)
Kit purchased from instructor - includes pattern and all materials needed for the project including the border and the binding. Backing and batting not included.
